Halloween Treat
| By Agatha Curtis If you would like to do a special “Treat” for Halloween this year, here’s an idea. Gather up a bunch of little ghosties and ghoulies in their scary costumes and take them to visit your local nursing home. You’ll want to clear this with the home first, of course. I can’t imagine anything more rewarding than “treating” some of our homebound friends and relatives to a reminder of the fun of Halloween.  This is something our Girl Scout troop did years ago and it was a great hit with the kids of all ages! (Don’t forget to take your camera.) |
